Add pipeline tag and library name

This PR improves the model card by:

Adding the pipeline_tag: text-classification metadata to ensure the model is correctly categorized.
Adding library_name: transformers to enable automated code snippets and better integration with the Hugging Face Hub.
Updating the paper references to link to the Hugging Face Papers page.
Maintaining the usage example which is verified by the official GitHub repository.
